Should I create an account?

Is there a minimum order?
Not at all! You can order as little or as much as you need. Many of our products are available by the single roll, unless specified otherwise. We’re all about flexibility!
Do you offer more widths than what’s online?
Absolutely! We can customise widths to suit your needs. Most of our products are available in full-length logs, which we can cut to your desired width. Just reach out to us with your requirements, and we'll sort it out!
What payment methods do you accept?
We’ve got you covered! We accept all major credit cards—Visa, Mastercard, and American Express—as well as PayPal and Google Pay. Choose what works best for you!
Who do you ship with?
We ship with Australia Post Regular and Express Satchels or TNT Road Express for larger items.
When will my order ship?
If your items are in stock, we'll ship them out within 24-48 hours. We don't ship on weekends, but we always strive to accommodate urgent orders. For items that aren’t in stock, just reach out to us, and we'll provide you with the most accurate shipping details.
Will you notify me if my order is delayed?
