The Process

  • Place Order

    To create your custom tape, start by selecting your preferred options and uploading your artwork. After placing your order and completed the payment, we will review your artwork file. You will receive an order confirmation to let you know your order is being processed.

  • Artwork Approval

    We will create a design proof for your printing plate, which usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Please review the proof carefully and let us know if you need any changes or corrections. Once you are satisfied with the proof, kindly send us your approval via email so we can start production.

  • Tape Production

    Once we receive your design approval, our production facility in Sydney will begin your order. Production times vary due to seasonality and demand, with initial orders taking 15 to 20 business days and repeat orders around 10 to 15 business days

  • Delivery

    After the production of your custom tapes is finished, they will be securely packaged and shipped to the address you provided. You will receive an email notification containing the shipping details, allowing you to track your package.

You can have a maximum of five colours, with the tape colour as the background. We can also effectively use floodcoat or reverse print techniques to achieve different background colours.

Is there a limit to the size or length of the tape that can be customised?

We offer printing on rolls that are either 66 meters or 100 meters in length, with a standard width of 48mm. Additionally, we can accommodate various widths, ranging from 25mm to 75mm. Please contact us if you would like an alternative width for your custom tape.
