By placing an order with Adhesive Solutions for custom tape printing services (the "Service"), you (the "Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with the order.

 

SERVICE OVERVIEW 

Adhesive Solutions provides custom tape printing services, including but not limited to the creation and printing of logos, designs, or text on adhesive tape products as requested by the Customer. The Service is available for a variety of tape types, including Polypropylene (Packaging Tape) White or Brown Eco Kraft paper tape, PVC Film and other specialty tapes.

 

ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS

All orders for custom tape must be submitted via Adhesive Solutions online or via email or phone.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications for the tape design, including dimensions, colours, logo files, and any text to be printed.

Artwork must be submitted in the required file formats (e.g., AI, EPS, PDF,SVG) and meet the resolution and colour standards specified by Adhesive Solutions.

Adhesive Solutions reserves the right to refuse to print any design that violates intellectual property rights, contains offensive material, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

 

APPROVAL AND PROOFING

Once your order is submitted, a digital proof of the custom tape design will be provided via email for customer review and signature sign off.

The Customer must approve the proof before production begins. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

Production will not begin until the proof is approved by the customer in writing via email.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for custom tape printing services are determined by the product type, tape size, design complexity, quantity, and other specifications.

Payment is due upon placing the order unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include online checkout, EFT via phone, Direct Bank Deposit.

Adhesive Solutions reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but orders already placed will not be affected by such changes.

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimated and are based on standard production and shipping schedules. Adhesive Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are calculated at online checkout or invoicing and will vary depending on the delivery location.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Adhesive Solutions is not liable for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes will not be accepted.

If the Customer requests a cancellation or modification after approval of the proof, additional charges may apply.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY AND DEFECTS

Adhesive Solutions strives for the highest quality in all custom printed tapes. If you believe your product is defective, you must notify us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

Defects must be reported in writing, along with photographic evidence if applicable. The product will be assessed, and, if found to be defective, a replacement print or refund may be issued at Adhesive Solution’s discretion.

No returns or refunds will be issued for errors caused by the Customer’s submission, including incorrect artwork, miscommunication, or unapproved designs.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Customer warrants that they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork provided for the custom branded tape print. Adhesive Solutions assumes no liability for any infringement claims related to the Customer's submitted materials.

The Customer grants Adhesive Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the artwork and logos for the purpose of fulfilling the order. This license terminates once the order is completed and delivered.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Adhesive Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the custom tape.

The total liability of Adhesive Solutions in connection with any claim arising from the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific order in question.

 

FORCE MAJEURE 

Adhesive Solutions is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, or shipping carrier delays.

 

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Adhesive Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy of its Customers. Any personal information provided during the order process will be used solely for processing the order and fulfilling delivery. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Adhesive Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer through email notification or website update. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website.
